How do I order the piece of Lilypad Designs jewelry I have picked out?
Lilypad-designs.com will soon have a shopping cart and checkout feature. However, for the time being, if there is a piece you would like to purchase, simply email Susan with the name of the item(s) you would like to purchase, your preferred method of payment and any questions you might have about the item. You will then receive either an email invoice which leads you to a secure site where you can pay for your order online, or an email letting you know what your total comes to so that a check made to Susan Johnson may be mailed to the address specified in the email. If you are not comfortable paying online with a credit card, please just say so in your email because Lilypad will be happy to take credit card information over the phone as well.
What types of payment does Lilypad Designs accept?
Lilypad accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Personal checks and cash are of course also perfectly acceptable.
Is there a charge for shipping?
There is a flat two dollar shipping fee on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped free of charge. This charge includes a tasteful light blue gift box.
How long will it be until my order ships?
Depending on the availability of your item and whether any custom adjustments are being made, your piece will most likely be shipped within the 24 hours after payment is received.
Will Lilypad resize items so that they will fit correctly?
Absolutely. This service is offered free of charge. Simply mention in your email the length that you would like each piece to be.
Does each design come in different sizes?
No. Almost every piece of Lilypad Designs jewelry is a one-of-a-kind original. The pieces that are not one-of-a-kind are marked as such in the description of the item. However, don't worry if the piece you are interested in looks too large or too small for you since Lilypad resizes jewelry to fit properly (free of charge) whenever possible.
Are the photos on the website good representations of what the actual pieces will look like?
Lilypad does its absolute best to edit the photos so that they represent the true color of each piece as accurately as possible. Due to variations between monitors, I'm sure there will be times when the color looks different in person then it does on the website. Should this ever occur, please feel free to return the item for a full refund.
What is Lilypad Design's return/repair policy?
Items must be returned within two weeks of the day of the order and must be in the condition in which they were originally sent.
Repairs: Should any piece require repair due to normal wear and tear or a faulty part, there will be no charge for the repair, and no charge for shipping and handling. Repairs that fall outside the scope of normal wear and tear can also be made for the cost of materials plus a charge of $20 per hour. Normal wear and tear is determined at the discretion of Lilypad Designs. Lilypad can not be held responsible for pieces that are lost by their owners.
